Practice Philosophy:

I see children (ages 3-17) and adults with a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, selective mutism, Tourette's syndrome, trichotillomania, skin picking, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, and trauma. My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also have training in specific treatments such as dialectical behavior therapy, prolonged exposure, exposure with response prevention, and the Unified Protocols for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. During the coronavirus pandemic, I am currently accepting new patients via telehealth.
